Halloween 2012

Last year’s Halloween party was amazing – nothing more, nothing less. This years’s party was much more quite and leisurely. But I can not complain – having a drink in my hand and chatting with friends, I still had some thoughts in my head. Basically: college, college, college… I am very, very busy this year and the college takes all my free time. That’s the reason that I don’t really think about parting and drinking right now. But I am proud I am a student again and I am glad I study such a beautiful thing like photography. So, with a drink in my hand or without, fingers crossed to finish my college with good results and a big smile on my face.

Last year’s Halloween party was probably one of the best parties I’ve ever been to. I didn’t expect it, because I finished work very late, about 8 p.m., and I was running home to get ready for a night while all my friends were already after few drinks. But I made it! I finished my preparation about 9:30 p.m. and we were all ready to go and have a lovely night.

There was a birthday party that we went to first. It wasn’t anything special, but at least we ate a delicious pizza and relaxed a bit with some beer and some bottles of wine (!) before a big night out. We decided to go to one of the clubs in town. After the small “talk party” we went to a Luas station. Al Capone (my friend) and Zombie (my boyfriend) were buying tickets while me (I was a Cat Woman) and my friend Marilyn Monroe were sitting and waiting for them in a train. Suddenly, the train moved, leaving Zombie and Al behind! We were traveling by Luas on a Halloween night without  tickets, without anything.  We sorted it out, getting off the train on a next stop and waiting for the rest of us. It was freezing outside!

Finally, we ended up in The Q Bar on O’Connell Bridge and we stayed there till the morning. It was a lot of dancing and drinking and enjoying!!! My boyfriend (Zombie) won a first price for the best costume (it was a 50 euro gift card from Brown Thomas).

I hope this year’s Halloween Party will be even more exciting. We already have costumes: I’m going to be a Pirate Girl and one of my friends too, my boyfriend will be the Batman and we are going to have a Clown, Spider-man and a Nurse as well. Fingers crossed for an amazing night!!!
